From the position of the gunman's hand and arm in relation to her and her head there is no way she would be quick enough to complete a full rotation, have some sort of aim, and pull the trigger. She would have to do this so quickly and accurately AND make sure to actually disable the gunman. Just because he's shot, doesn't mean he couldn't fire back. Then you have the other gunman right there who, while the woman was in rotation, could already be close enough to grab her.
And the biggest problem is, the gun wasn't even loaded.
