Dedicated Server Question

Ok, so I made a dedicated server.
Other people can get onto it, but I can't.
It says I'm BANNED, but I'm not even on the ban list there!

I tried it with another computer in my house, but that still didn't work.

Could it be because the CPUs have the same IP address?
If so, how do I get around this?

Can you delete other people's portals (as a SAdmin) that were made from Portal Gun V1?
