Author Topic: [IDEA] Black Ops 3 Weapon Pack  (Read 1233 times)

This idea has been stirring in my head for a while, but I've been thinking of doing a Black Ops 3 Weapon Pack.

What scripts are generally used in weapon packs? I'd like this pack to fit well with HK's, with an ammo system that doesn't deplete, no irons, no hands, and no reloading animations.

and if you're gonna do something like HK, i suggest actually looking over the code from HK and maybe using it for some of your pack

I built the nuketown map long ago and i was sad cause there was really no good weapons for it. I would really be happy if you would make these. I can't really help with scripting or modeling but i can maybe test them or take the icon pictures.

Already know the basis of modelling and have started on it, but I'm a piss-poor scripter.

yeah, i read [IDEA] and my mind immediately jumped there. my bad

make some models first and then we can get talking

H&K's ammo system is adaptable but comes with a lot of extra baggage i'd prefer to leave behind. writing a support system that does not require raycast would probably be better - when the time comes i can help out with that i guess
