There's very, VERY little you can do in a car crash scenario. Generally the best thing to do is call for emergency services and then just leave the victims where they are, as otherwise you can risk serious spinal injuries if you attempt move them, or you could create a larger accident if you have to cross a road to get to them.

I used to watch rekt threads all the time on 4chan to kind of desensitize myself. It wasn't funny or arousing or anything, it wasn't even interesting. Guess it's just curiosity.
