A good City Rpg or MMO

Every time somebody host's a city rpg it takes about one week for it to go down, Can someone just make a decent city rpg?

I was making a cityrpg, but I lost a lot of motivation from it over the time, even if another server triggers me I still need a bit more motivation before I continue it.

I did release the source at one point but it's not recommended to use it since it wasn't completely done.
