Unfortunately that isn't likely to work since tech prices in the UK don't go off currency conversion rates. Any component is likely to cost more or less the same numerical value in £s as it does in $s, give or take a bit.

i dont know why you euro people put up with that. you can ship an entire computer for 50 bucks. you just need a friend in the NA

Alas we don't get a choice, it's VAT, import tax and import duties that add the cost

I left out the video card since IMO it's better to wait until AMD and Nvidia release their £300-350 cards, but if you're impatient I'd recommend an R9 390:
