Author Topic: Courser Glitch  (Read 553 times)

Heya! I got a problem, that some of you guys maybe once had. The courser keeps moving, after I've released the mouse or not moving it at all.
I was once told to disable "DPI Scaling" but I couldn't find it in options, and I couldn't disable it in the console.
What do I have to do to fix this?
I'm using my Laptop, with touchpad and numpad.
It's a windows 10 computer, with 64x bit.
I got a GeForce 840M as GPU, and a Intel Core i7-4510U in 2.00GHz as CPU
My game screen's resolution is 1280 x 720 in windowed mode,
and my overall screen is 1920 x 1080 (60Hz)

Please answer as quick as possible, Thanks.

PS. Only post, if you have the solution. Please don't post "I have the same problem" or "Me 2", as it's just useless posts.

It's a windows setting, not in blockland. Right click blockland.exe, go to properties, then check "disable DPI scaling" in the compatiblity tab

Mouse latency can either be your game lagging since the game's overloading your CPU or graphics processor, or could be a hardware issue. If you run shaders with those specs and that BL screen size you can expect some lag.

If your cursor just doesn't stop moving at all, like a car spinning out of control on ice, that's another issue and most definitely has to do with your mouse/mouse driver. if its just not slowing down/stopping the second you stop, it could be a lag issue with BL as i described in the first sentence.

It is caused when you play a game that uses a newer version of DirectX than blockland, Zeblote's explanation will fix this

Everything will be smaller after doing this and your random mouse scrolling should be fixed
