I am having trouble with this, what are the requirements for the textures and the settings are to make the textures visable. Currently, all of my models seem to be grey.

They gotta be 256x256 textures

are they EXACTLY 256 width and 256 hight?

They can be any size as long as the edges go along with the power of two, for example 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128 and so on. They can also be any combination of them, like 256x512 or something similar.
