Christ, I missed it. When will you be hosting it again?

Weekdays can host 3-5 PM EST. Weekends 10 AM-4PM. Going to be hosting today. Will upload pics later.

Did some work on the Mine, tried to make it look like Jorgur's, not the same in layout really except for some parkour to get to some rarer ores:













-Rough idea of desert past the ogres. This desert was probably the only thing I wasn't excited about making. Really doesn't fit, never understood why it was on the map, but oh well...



-Most of map so far, not much terrain is left. Should be done around Saturday.



Hosting right now, if there are any last things to point out about terrain now is the time, thanks.


Been working on terrain this morning, going to work some more for a couple hours. I don't know if I'll finish today, hopefully Sunday.





-The majority of the terrain is done, most of the stuff that is left is leveling most of the walls so they're at the same height.

-Towards the end of the server being hosted, I climbed up along the back wall of the spawn area. Walking for a bit I found a WIP dungeon thing on the highest point of the map. I think this was going to be the dungeon for Hydra's balrog (can any of admins confirm? I was a builder but never knew about this stuff). Anyways, on the map it's the Red Circle. I'm going to move it to the Yellow Circle.



Going to host around 1PM EST till 4ish. Will try to finish up the terrain, could also use a little advice on the rpg mechanics. Thanks for reading!

It's a nice texture, but it doesn't look too good when the bricks' textures aren't all facing the same direction  (which they're not). Unless you're talking about the default blank texture, which is nice, but the gravel texture has grown on me.



OT:

After a good amount of work on the terrain, I'm still not done. I got bored and started working on some rpg mechanics. The result is a finished mining and shop system:







Mining on Jorgur's was really not worth it. You could easily gain more Gold (aswell as EXP, levels) by fighting any enemy really. To balance this out, I think I'm going to have ores be more beneficial than enemies, but as more players mine, there will be less ore for everyone to make profit on. Thoughts?

Don't have anything to show, did some small additions to terrain and fixed some events where I made mistakes. Going to have a playtest of the actual RPG on Thursday, around 9 AM to 2 PM EST. I don't think I'll have the level system in place yet, but there will be mining, shops, and most of the enemies to fight. Hopefully terrain will be done too.
