I've been marathon playing Project Zomboid (like 9 hours at a time) and it's really wearing on my psyche. Not only am I super worried about my character getting killed, but the loneliness and ambiance of the game world builds up pressure in my mind that makes me really jumpy when my session is over.

I'm getting too into this game and I really really really need to decompress like crazy because I have to sleep but I feel like I'm going to explode.
