Real estate has to be the #1 option obviously. I'd probably buy three middle-class suburban homes and flip them for a profit.

The only way you'll do this though is to buy a couple of stuff houses on the side of a upper middle-class neighborhood, flip them, and then sell them for less compared to the houses in the upper middle. Rinse and repeat.
