Player keeps standing up in vehicle when a tool is put away + hands dissapearing

(and vehicle limit reached with only 3 vehicles) For the first problem, it's the title. Second, when I use a hands on steering vehicle, then hop out of the vehicle, my hands dissapear, and this has never happened before. How do I fix this?
