Because they have no understanding of the world and forget the fact that these"youtube personalities" are people just like you and I. Obviously youtube can fix this problem but let me put it in a way simpletons can understand.

Let's say you own a pizzeria and you've poured your sweat and blood into making it prosper. But one day some disgruntled customer gets upset that you forgeted his pizza up and he comes in and burns your loving buisness to the ground. You have insurance so you will get repaid and able to start again but the pain is still there and it doesn't make the arsonist any less of a stuffty person.
Regardless of whether or not you like leafys videos he has poured his heart into making a channel that some people really enjoy(i've never watched a video by him) and for you to applaud some stuffstain hacker is nothing less than disgusting and you should be loving ashamed of yourself
