unfortunately i got a little sidetracked and i'm gonna be doing something tomorrow. so i wont be able to start the challenge this morning. will push back to a future date.

i think my record is like 5 days
I have pretty bad insomnia when I don't take something to help me sleep

whenever I got to like 2-3 days I would start hallucinating insects all over

iirc 3 days is when the hallucinations kick in

I can confirm. At the worst my insomnia has ever been was the worst experience of my life. sleepless paranoia kicked in and I started seeing things. It was loving awful, nobody should ever deprive themselves of sleep
