My Search won't work in Windows 10....please help me

So allegedly, my search will not work (also cortana)

of course this is a handy thing to use if I just wanna start something up, open something, or just flat out look for something...

please help me, I can't get it fixed

You've probably already found this but in the off chance that you haven't tried the steps here, take a look. I upgraded and I'm not having any issues.

OK I tried the rest of the ones I haven't tried (PREVIOUS METHODS I'VE TRIED DID NOT WORK) and they did not work...I've tried them all...

The automatic repair method was the one I was hoping to be the one that would fix it, but alas....it did not work and it came up with this screen



is there even anything else I can do?

holy stuff I actually fixed it by entering a command into Powershell while running it as administrator...
