I wouldn't expect it to be, based on its history. It was built in the 90s and only one family has lived in it, and they now live in New York or Boston or someplace like that, and before the house was built it was just forest by a road.

CLOSING DAY! Everything went great, so now the house is ours. We ate pizza in the basement and brought some stuff over. I got a bunch of pictures, however I was unable to get them off my camera as we got back at 10pm Eastern. I also have to help my dad and his coworker load stuff into a truck tomorrow at 12 so I should probably get some sleep for that.

Couldn't get updates yesterday due to townwide power-outage.
