I've seen these two brick packs around and I've been desperately searching for them but can't find a thing. Screenshots of them in game:





the second one might be private and/or extremely obscure, just in false hope that someone might have it

The first brick pack you're looking for is Brick_Overlaps.  Here's a link to download it.

That is the brickpack however the links in that topic are broken.
