Ye. In addition to cutting out caffeine, I also stopped drinking diet/zero drinks 4-5 months ago. That stuff isn't good for you.

ive dealt with aspartame poisoning a couple times. its probably some of the worst pain ive ever felt

lmao, Junior year me and some friends went around the school asking random ass people if they wanted aspartame and we got some funny ass reactions.

This one kid thought we said "Do you want some ass?" lmao
