If you want to try it yourself (and assuming you run some form of windows), open up network connections, in the control panel, right click on your LAN (whichever connection you use to get on the internet), click on status, then click on the support tab, assuming you got this far, you should see "Default Gateway:", copy the numbers shown and try to navigate to them using your browser.
Past that, you're on your on your own. Ask someone older and more experienced with computers and networking if you still don't get it. Disclaimer: This isn't the best way, but it is a means to an end.
