think this clown was arrested?If I had to chose a cause for being arrested it'd be a mixture of loitering and disorderly conduct, and the mask doesn't help his case either. There's been a lot of clown sightings like this in the past few months and I wouldn't be surprised if this made people in the area even more creeped out then they obviously were.
2) The clown's appearance is very sinister, contrary to society's normal image of clowns. What statement was the clown trying to make by wearing this costume?The dude was following a fad, dressing like a creepy clown, so he probably wasn't too high up on the iq graph if you know what I mean.
3) The arrest appears to have been conducted at night. Do you believe this clown would have been seen in the day? Why or why not? No, I bet my bank account that he would have left before day. Seeing a guy dressed like that during the day would yield a "What is that dude on" reaction. But at night, oho boy you would turn around and run.
4) There has been an increased number of public complaints and reports of clowns acting suspicious in public. Write a one to two paragraph essay explaining your beliefs on why clowns have been appearing in public more often. It's close to Halloween so things like this should be expected from the poorly educated. There's not reports of people being attacked, the closest thing that I could find
was a guy having his pumpkin torn apart. This is just another wagon for bored people to jump on. The people doing are obviously trying to get a reaction out of people. Why else would people want to do it? For fun?
