Author Topic: Browser build viewer  (Read 3244 times)

this could be really cool for letting people really preview a server, or also good for a gallery topic

I tried loading blocko seattle and it crashed

also if anyone has any idea how to get the brick data from servers that'd be awesome.

What do you mean?

Loading the builds takes a while but the rendering is fabulously fast. WebGL has come a really long way.

No textures, no lighting...

What do you mean?
he means if its possible to get the current bricks on a server and upload them to the viewer. i guess kinda like how that one website can get a preview of minecraft server worlds

"cool"

"um"

TABLESALT THE MACHINE IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING COUGH

So you mean with a server-sided mod or what? This is missing way too many details

You'd also have to parse all the custom blb files and upload that data too

that's cool and all, but I don't know what it's really for

and would it be possible to convert the previews into a working save

what the point lol
you load a save into a render, then from the render to a save lol
the interesting point will be  to have a website to download saves, and have this as preview
