as of the meeting today, after being issued a subpoena by chairman chaffetz, pagliano failed to appear a second time for hearing. found in contempt (which, if i recall correctly, means the US marshal service will now be getting involved) by some-of-a-close vote of 19 against 15 after failing to appear two times, being subpoenaed, and later refusing to testify. much of the meeting that ensues consists of democratic representatives attempting to defend pagliano & clinton by trying to argue against chaffetz & trey gowdy by pointing fingers to Annoying Orange, questioning the use of the US marshal service, and going against personal attacks
