  it doesent seem like little or no people know about an alternative program to paint.net, gimp, ms paint (lol , or photoshop that is called "Project Dogwaffle"

I didn't like it, the interface was terrible compared to the likes of Paint.net and potatochop.

I like paint.net v3.23 and is the one I use for making my avatar, and repaints for my flight sim aircraft but i wouldn't use for BL add-ons.
