in a world free of sociopaths and psychopaths where the vast majority of people actually look out for each other and work for the common good of the human race, a capitalist anarchy in the US would be ideal. I believe it would work in small, culturally-homologous countries, but tbh minarchism is much more plausible in general
on the other hand, in a world where everyone is a selfish dipstuff or just plain lazy, something like an autocracy or a more intense version of whatever the tolerant immigrant-ridden european countries use would probably work best
Anarchy is also just stupid and edgy.
