Is posting the "It's time to stop!" reaction gif BoS?

Just for future reference to me and anybody else.

I've noticed out of all reaction gifs posted it's usually the Filthy Frank "It's time to stop!" gif that gets users banned.

Is this BoS?

The reason I posted it here is because although it's not about a specific user, it's about whether or not it can get you banned.

And if so are there any other "BoS images" apart from obviously researchographic images.

I think I've worked it out anyway, most of those Filthy Frank gifs were chain-posted.

Hence all banned.

I don't think "It's time to stop!"  is bannable since it wouldn't be bannable to write "stop it already" or something like that in a post. "Hilarious and original!" can probably be bannable since sarcastically remarking with it as your whole post would be considered dismissive.

Nope, the Don't Care Don't Post rule applies all over.
The example that sticks with me the most is that several years ago Regulith was banned for saying he doesn't care about American Football in a thread about the Superbowl or some league in Off Topic.
