actually before shipping it to yamaha call their customer service number, you wouldn't wanna pay for shipping and everything (and possibly an evaluation fee) if it just turns out to be some configuration issue or a bug that can be fixed with updated firmware or something like that

Yeah, I'm sending it to a local Piano/Guitar shop that's quite popular in my area. It's most definitely some circuit problem since I think all the C keys are somehow linked in some way.
