If this is your justification, you deserve to be barred. It's clear to see who's an admin or moderator, so I'm not quite sure why you figured this would be a good idea in the first place.
oh then nevermind it's apparently spelt "barred" and they might want to fix that
"Barred" refers to a service wide ban while "banned" applies to public chatrooms only

Well yes, you did try to bypass our measures to make a welcoming chatroom and then insulted a Glass developer and admin via private message. I think 10 hours is a little generous, I'd personally shoot higher.
