Music.ogg file not playing?

Since the only Danger Zone music file dl link is broken, I tried making my own. I enabled it when hosting but it didn't show up ingame. Can someone tell me why?

how do I cut it under 1mb

you can start by not using a full song lasting 3 minutes.
you need to loop a part of it (such as the chorus) and split the stereo track into mono using audacity or a similar program.

.ogg has extra options in audacity which allows you to reduce the quality. Its in the export menu
