I remember seeing an image made by them that shaving wool off of sheep was inhumane and caused serious damage to said sheep. In reality they actually need to be shaved or the wool will overgrow, which is actually dangerous to the sheep, and there's no actual damage done from shaving correctly.

Yea, you can actually find it by looking up "peta sheep shearing," I'm not gonna post it for obvious reasons, but it's somewhat graphic and has the most aggressive caption ever. And hey there's even competitive sheep shearing contests, like the Golden Shears Championship, and sheep come out just fine.
