Where's that forum topic about building realistic roads?

Someone posted a topic (IDK where) on the forums a while back about how to build more realistic roads and I can't seem to find it. I need it to be able to work on one of my builds.

Could someone help me find it? I tried searching for "roads" and it didn't come up.
