How do I make custom zombies in Endless Zombies?

After I created my Endless Zombies gamemode, I always wondered on how to create custom endless zombies.

Are you supposed to change the text files inside the gamemode itself or can you just event the bot holes

NOEDIT: is there also a way to make certain zombies first appear on later waves?
