How do I open the hat list for the hatmod?

you could type "/hat" without anything else

that assumes all the hats are unlocked/the pref for all hats unlocked is on.

you can simply open the hat_pack.zip's and look at the folder/file names inside for the hat names, or turn on the pref for all hats enabled for everyone and use /hat to see the list ingame.
