An update was released a while back that made movement speeds easier to edit without using datablocks:
%player.setMaxForwardSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxSideSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxBackwardSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxCrouchForwardSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxCrouchSideSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxCrouchBackwardSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxUnderwaterForwardSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxUnderwaterSideSpeed(%number);
%player.setMaxUnderwaterBackwardSpeed(%number);
I used these to "fix" setWorldSpaceMovement.
