Anyone know how to get the thumbnail full-size of a Youtube video?

paste a link and it'll autogen all the thumbnail sizes for ya.

You can change 'hqdefault.jpg' into 'maxresdefault.jpg' for the full res image, though it doesn't always exist, as appears to be the case with this video, so i guess you're out of luck there
