Where to get BETA CITY

Where do i get BETA CITY? This link (http://www.blockland.us/smf/index.php?topic=18305.0) does not bring me to BETA CITY. It brings me to BETA SAVES. I wan't to know where BETA CITY is.

You go to http://www.blockland.us/smf/index.php?topic=18305.0, then you go to Download on Wedges post, Download it, click on saves then extract it to base in the blockland folder.

Beta saves load in Blockland, by the way. They aren't any different.

Ok maybe it is there but IDK how to load it. The first time I did it I extracted it to C:\Program Files\Saves.
Then the second time I did it I extracted them to C:\Program Files\Blockland. HOW DO I EXTRACT THEM??

Put the folder in the base folder. Load betacity2 on bedroom.
