Author Topic: Its been 10 days since my internet stopped working (SOLVED)  (Read 616 times)

So, the last week i returned from some last vacations with my family, and when we returned home, the internet was not working for some reason, so we waited to see if it returns.

2 hours later, the internet was still not working, so my mother decided to call the company, but they didnt respond and then when they answered, they couldnt find a way to fix my internet, so we decided to try unplugging and plugging all the cables and it did not came back

Usually when you call the company and they cant find a way to fix the internet, a computer calls you every day to tell you if you fixed your problem, if the answer was no, then the call ended and if 7 days pass since you cant fix your problem then they send you a technician to try to fix the problem, but its been 10 days and it does not come, we keep trying to call the company and they dont respond

Im using a stuffty 30 MB 4g connection right now, if you ask

you have some real stuff company service. you guys need to put in more serious and persistent complaints online or something (local library or over phone), or switch companies if thats possible.
may want to report to the BBB; even if its a fairly ineffective bureau, its good to help get this company listed on the bad list if possible so others dont end up in the position you are in.

sounds like the line to the house got cut/loosened/damaged for whatever reason. you will need the company to send you a technician to identify and fix the issue. waiting wont fix anything


The company gave us a new modem, and i have internet again, problem solved
