We're down about 144 peak players since then. Any boost we got from the sale in 2014 has basically worn off now.

If you compare Glass stats with Steamchart stats you'll find that retail users are a tiny minority and the difference is basically negligible.

slightly smaller but you probably won't notice it. basically its quiet at morning/midday and pretty active at night

I haven't really played much since v13 myself. I sometimes open it up,  but it always looks so empty.
