Gamertag? There is no such thing on these forums. If you mean an avatar, click on the Profile button near the top of the forum, on the left click on Forum Profile Information. Then, on the right column, click Browse... and select your picture. Then scroll down and click the Change Profile button, and you should be done.

1. Their are no Gamertags
2. You ripped that avatar from another person on the forums, I can tell by the file name
