space documentaries? i love space

forget space documentaries for a sec

you want yourself a good documentary and a good music album

sound city, baby

Aftermath: Swallowed by the Sun

the sun gets huge and the earth dies

its not a real life thing so much as it is a what-if global scenario in a documentary style most of which bringing out the death of billions somehow

its the closest documentary to space i know because i barely watch documentaries

forget space documentaries for a sec

i'll see. i'll check that out!!

theres one natgeo space documentary about how a neutron star is heading for earth and people have like a year and a half to figure out how to escape earth, including public opinion and all that stuff
it's actually a lot like a movie but half of it is commentary on how this would happen
not the best but if youre rly bored its a good watch

edit: it's here

oh yeah also it aint space but america the story of us is a good history series

I highly recommend The Untold History of the United States and WWII in Color. As far as space stuff goes, Cosmos (with Niel deGrasse Tyson) is good. And of course, there's always Planet Earth. Unfortunately, it seems WWII in Color is no longer on Netflix (it's been uploaded to YouTube, though), but the others are.

not space related, but I really enjoyed Jiro Dreams of Sushi. has a far-reaching message about determination and hard work that goes way beyond sushi and cooking
