that's like some rainbow player script u can probably find it via google, altho i wouldn't recommend it since it seems like not very many people like it when people use it

turns out it's client_rainbowplayer

do note that the avatar can now only be updated every 5 seconds or so, so you may want to slow down the script if you want it to look continuous instead of sudden changes

If you get around the seconds you can avoid it, still looks annoying though
