Author Topic: The forget happened to youtubes layout?  (Read 1654 times)

Happens to me, I fix mine by deleting my browsing history

Certain people get it at certain times
you can also go to https://www.youtube.com/new
i personally like it imo but thats just because the larger thumbnails and dark mode

recentlyish i was on the wayback machine, and i saw a vid on youtube from loving 2009 complaining about a new UI update youtube made in loving 2009. history loving repeats itself and so many people haven't actually learned to just deal with the fact that yeah, some websites change their look sometimes. (even if it takes 7 years for them to realise it!)
at this loving point i'm getting more tired of people screaming that their stuff's getting changed more then the actual changes themselves.
don't get me wrong, stuff like google+, copyright bullstuff and other actually bad updates i'm not trying to defend, but gee. it's just a ui change.

people have complained about youtube updates every single time it happens
it's sort of annoying though that they feel the need to change the layout so often but oh well

Thing is I think we'd agree with the 2009 video.

I've been using the new layout for a while when I opted in, and I personally prefer it to the old layout. I really like the dark theme feature.

I wasn't complaining I just was surprised that it changed after so long

so you'd agree with this?:

...cause i'm quite sure youtube's continued existing for another 8 years, lmao
