If God was aiming for us, He has stuffty accuracy. The Earth is not to scale in that image. Since we can see the Moon's orbit in that image, the actual scale is more like this:

I'd be more worried if it actually came within the orbit of the moon.
Earth actually does have a secound moon.
Which is? Asteroids do sometimes orbit the Earth, but not for very long, as the Moon's gravity usually ejects them. And no, man-made satellites do not count, as the definition specifies natural ones.
