bot respawn time not working.

I can set bot respawn time from 0 to 360 but it doesn't seem to make any noticeable difference.

I'm right now cheating by using onbotdeath. instantrespawn set to 30,000 right now.

The wrench menu and minigame menu have you enter the value in seconds, but then convert it into milliseconds once the settings are applied.

This, and it's working properly for me too. I set it to 60 and one minute after the bot died, it respawned. Maybe Tony has an add-on that is breaking his bot respawn time
