Addon not showing up, nothing missing?

This add-on doesn't seem to be missing anything important, but Blockland refuses to show it in the add-on selector.

Can someone who knows a little more about addons than I try and find anything wrong with it? (This link downloads the add-on)

The console.log says this when loading the add-on

Add-On is in the list of known bad add-on names - will not execute

System_LoadAddon is on a list of add-on names not to check.
Just change the name and it should work.
