Yea, that will do great. I have a GTX 1070 and it works great for VR, even the most demanding and poorly optimized games (looking at you Fallout 4) run flawlessly. I used to have a GTX 770 and it was able to run most VR games at 60 fps, but I occasionally had to lower the graphics.
