the difference is huge and after trying out a bunch of different monitor configurations i can definitely say i would rather get a high refresh rate (120hz+) over a 1440p/4k resolution monitor
not everyone cares about 144hz or high refresh rates. I've tried it out IRL, didn't notice a difference at all

Gl getting that gpu at a decent price.
what? 1050's are only around $150.
also this is a prebuilt, so he's not even sourcing the parts himself. looks like ironside computers.

pretty nice

when I get the money, my pc is going to be an I3 2130, 8gb ram, and a GTX 670 rig. Already have nearly every part aside from the HDD, GPU, and PSU.

If I were you, I'd save up more money to get a better cpu than the i3. I had a higher end i3 than you're planning on getting, and I hated it. It's awful at multitasking. Save up for an i5 and get a full four cores.
That said, it sounds like you already have the cpu.

this thread want's me to buy a new pc.
