never underestimate autism
send it back
this
across the country or not if the guy has your address it'd be a cake-walk to dox you and get your stuff forgeted up, esp since you're both in the US
*mistypes item number into register and charges you $20 instead of $100 for that pack of nice wine*

you dont notice, and 2 days later the cops show up at your door for theft
that brown townogy doesn't really work? he's obviously well aware he has 2 when he paid for 1 lol

point is its a mistake by the victim, not an act of theft done by the benefactor. theft by definition is done by the person who benefits from it. if you gave a $100 bill as a gift to the wrong person (ex, mixed up envelopes between a friend and a family member), its not theft if you ask for it back and they dont give it to you. thats them being an starfish. its morally wrong, but its not a crime, unless he intentionally deceived you or swapped the envelopes

considering the guy knows your address i'd say you send it back
yeah he might...... come kill you? over a gpu? yeah, that seems plausible

why is this even a dilemma its not yours

I have sent the seller $200

good job being kinda decent and not cheating him out of it altogether
