Tool paints failure

I recently downloaded spaceguys tools in paint thing. I desided i wanted it back to normal, so i got rid of the paintset it game with and added the normal one. I also disabled tools_paint under the add-ons button. I thought it was gone, but it wasn't in the paint OR my inventory! HELP!

Spaceguys tools in paint was turned off yet i don't spawn with tools in my inventory.
