One theme I appreciate for June is Men's Mental Health Awareness month. It's also National PTSD Awareness month. Seems like a good amount of people have been mentally on edge in the last decade or so, especially compared to our parents/grandparents generations. Probably a lot to do with terrible housing markets, inflation that devalues our incomes, terrible ingredients in a lot of food, microplastics leaching into us from everything, and starting a family sometimes being seemingly impossible. There's probably plenty of other things to add to stress as well. Try to find time to meditate, spend time in nature like a park, pray with God during the day and before bed if he's in your life, and do some chill hobbies like walking and fishing. Bring a friend or two with you.
