Hosting and Print bricks

When I am hosting a game over the internet should other people be able to see my prints, i assumed they were downlaoded as addons are. But when i host peopel cant see all my custom decals.

Know why?

Because it's not necessary for gameplay and it'd be silly to be required to download everyone's stuffty decals.
